A lot of my art is influenced by my love of New Orleans, a city that is both magical and bittersweet.

504 refers to our area code.

After Katrina hit i was sitting on a hillside in Northern California, trying to get ahold of friends, when it dawned on me that I had to add 504 to every number. It became a meditative process, and the chant became “504 love.” I will never foget that moment when i felt such a surge of love for my friends & city I thought I lost.

I landed in the lap of love, I owe an immense debt of gratitude to the people who took me in; this is my way of honoring them.

I hope you will always follow me & watch me grow.
